BOPAS is an independent accreditation scheme developed by Lloyd's Register and BLP Insurance, in association with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders. It demonstrates to lenders, valuers and purchasers that homes built using non-traditional methods of construction will stand the test of time — for a minimum of 60 years.
For ECO HOMES CI clients, BOPAS accreditation means complete confidence that our European MMC homes are mortgageable, insurable, and treated by the market with the same standing as a traditionally built brick-and-block property.
